Our client, Ormeau Business Park, had some new ATG Telescopic Bollards installed on their premises by Breezemount, replacing some fold down parking posts, which were no longer suitable for the clients needs.
The client had a persisting issue with unauthorised cars parking in their parking spaces. While they had addressed with issue in the past with fold down posts, these had become damaged, resulting in cars parking in the client’s spaces without authorisation. The client contacted Breezemount looking for a long term solution to the issue.
Our team at Breezemount suggested telescopic bollards as the best course of action. The old fold down posts were a tripping hazard, so a safer alternative was required. Fortunately, telescopic can completely retract into the ground, removing any safety concerns.
These ATG Telescopic Bollards are 90mm Square with a lift assist. This was chosen to reduce the bollard of lifting weight by 60%, ensuring easy operation. The bollards are approved by the Secure by Design Accreditation and also insurance rated
